How long does a system restore generally take, does anyone know?  Obviously several hours have past, so how much longer do you think?

Evening lovely people.

Merry Christmas to you all.  I'm at the folks right now.

Hoping to get out for a run first thing.

Mark, PMSL at you now trying to forefoot strike.  Is this a consequence of all the knee niggles?  Well done on your run.

Oh it was your neighbour bedshaped!! Eek, at least your OH managed to get him to casulty.

ROFL Can that you had to demolish a snow mountain to exit the drive.   Trust you to buy cheap wrapping paper.  Even us scroungers can get decent stuff!

Hope you all have a lovely day. xx

No bad, foot niggling a bit due to pretty high mileage for me this month.  I've pleased with getting some good miles done though.  I surprised myself with how fast I ran this eve, as I thought I was going dead slow and it was 8.42mins/mile!!!   Hope you get the calf sorted soon, give the x-socks a try, they rock.  Can you tell, I love 'em...  Do you have any races planned?
