Austria for me and training has just started. Good intentions to build a reasonable base during the summer/autumn didn't happen, then picked up an injury which stopped me doing anything for a few weeks. Fortunately I think that's now cleared and I've run twice this week, albeit very slowly, for 30 mins.
Sort of plan to spend the next couple of weeks just gently getting everything working properly again with gentle running, an occasional swim, some pedalling/spinning and possibly some gym stuff. Hopefully will then be in shape to start building properly from January.
