I'd be wary of a getting a sports massage the day before a race. I know if my legs are really tight they can feel a bit tender/bruised the day after a full massage.
Do you have a foam roller or even a tennis ball that you could use to ease the muscles a bit yourself? If not and you can't bring the massage forward a day or two, make sure you tell the masseur that you're racing the next day so they can adjust the intensity appropriately.
