CM, your place is amazing! Can you club together to buy 'toilet man' some decent laxatives?  ;-)

I forget what Sonya's due date is..... Hope we are due another baby soon. It's been over 2 weeks since we last had one!  Fay is lying face down on my chest at the moment. I love these little snuggles. Better get up and shower and get the boys ready for daycare soon but can't bear to move.

Minks, Legoland sounded fun but all that waiting to go on rides would have driven me crazy. I guess we should take our boys to some of the theme parks as we are so close (relatively) to Orlando. Max has been to Seaworld but that's it. Trying to avoid the whole Disney thing until all a little older.

OK shower calling me....

Yes, also wanted to wish Caro lots of love for tomorrow.  Lovely that you have a friend coming along to keep you company.  Sweet that M is also wearing a scarf in the photos from Cornwall, solidarity!  Bless her.

Can't believe so many of you are planning/doing ultras.  You really are a driven lot!  I think I've concluded that a half is going to be my longest distance, at least for now.  Don't think I've got the motivation to put in the training for anything longer but I guess if I hang around on here for long enough, something might rub off on me!!

Sonya, good to hear from you, have also been thinking of you. At least you know it's not going to be too much longer now.

I'm doing better with breast feeding Fay than I did with the boys, just generally supplementing once a day, last thing at night so she sleeps longer at night. I have a question though for those of you more experienced breast feeders. Is it supposed to take soooo long? She will nurse on one side for up to an hour and if I check there will still be milk. She tends to nod off to sleep. Is there a secret to speedy feeding?

Tt, your final comment was so funny. If you'd been living on Mars for the last month and didn't know about the ice water challenge, that comment would be so off the wall!

Camlo, yes glad your husband not more seriously hurt. Must be a bit of an occupational hazard. Hope he heals quickly.

Caro, that's awesome that your sister can come and stay for so long. Will surely help your recovery to have someone on hand to help with all the logistical problems as well as some moral support.

Planning a quiet relaxing weekend again this weekend. Weather is roasting so I'm sure we'll head to the pool at some point.

Next weekend is a long weekend here. My friends are throwing me a baby shower on Saturday which is very sweet of them, especially as the last one was only 18 months ago. Then on the Monday we have been invited to a partypin the afternoon at the house of one of our new neighbours. I think it's quite a friendly road we are moving into with a lot of families with kids so am looking forward to meeting some more of them.

Hope CC is enjoying her weekend in Edinburgh and didn't get toooo carried away with the G&Ts last night!  ;-)

Oh no CC, that's really not what you want!  Good that you've got a little advance warning so can start looking before your official month notice starts but that sucks that you've heard on the grapevine before finding out officially. I guess this also begs the question whether you should be looking somewhere else for a home?  Is there a location in uk where you can be comfortable that Mr CC's job will stay for a while and you can be a family all week again?

No further temperatures here so hopefully all good. Can't imagine what could have given me such a fever even while I was taking ibuprofen and paracetamol. Feel ok though and scar pain etc definitely improving too.

Pip, so sorry to hear about your current position. Like Tt, I can also identify with it.  Our situation is definitely not helped by the fact we work together so closely too so often forget that we should be husband and wife as well as all our other roles. Hope you can find a way through this.

CC, hope you and Mr CC ok too. There's too much turmoil on here at the moment.

Camlo, Archie's bag is a constant source of messy leaks. Is there not a better solution/product you can use?  I can't imagine what a pain it is each time for you. Hope your arm ok too, what a crappy end to the already crappy day.

Ok just about to settle down for night 7 of Fay's life. Hoping to make this the last in Max's room and go back to my own (comfortable) bed tomorrow night. Trying to decide whether to wake her for a final feed (she last ate about 2 hours ago) or just accept she's going to wake up so try to sleep now and take the hit whenever it comes. Think I'll go with the latter and switch the light off now. Night night all.

Just been to docs and she's happy there is nothing to worry about. My temp has been back down since last night. There is no sign of infection at the incision, no urinary infection and no pain at any of the places she prodded. She did say that sometimes you get a fever when your milk comes in, has anyone experienced this?

CM, that is nuts about Cardiff and Newport and grr to your boss, will you have the kids on those days?  Maybe he can put you up in a (luxury) hotel near your work for a couple of nights, then you can be sure to be at work on time!

Caro, sure no one ever complained about the smell but your clients are all dogs and cats anyway!

Thanks pip and Kinsey. Don't think it can be mastitis. Nursing F now and all seems ok. Temp below 100 now but still elevated.
