I expect Caro will know the 'starter husband' quote wasn't my original quote.

Do you know what, I was thinking the other day that Camlo is generally the one who moans least about her husband and appreciates him the most out of all of us. The rest of us are on our 'starter marriages' and will be much happier next time round ????

Great deep philosophical words from HP Caro.

I love that you also listen to Desert Island Discs podcasts - that's another of my middle of the night go-tos.  What was the name of the death row guy, will look out for him.

Nuro, really hope this is things properly turning around for you.  Does he have to have contact with her for any reason (work etc)?  If not, then why is he exchanging any emails at all?

Kinsey, hope you don't have to wait too long for your appointment.  Wow to all of you still getting milk, I struggled only months after birth with all of mine.

Lotte, fabulous running from your whole crew.  Great that you have a holiday to look forward to, can't imagine how you ever organize everyone to go away, especially as I don't suppose you can fly direct from where you are.

Camlo, awesome result with your shopping at the expo, I love a bargain!

Those dreams are nasty Caro, sounds as though they must be pretty realistic too.  When Max was a baby I had a dream that Mr TT and I were in a rocket going into space and the engines failed so we knew we were falling to our death and knew Max would be left all alone, it made me feel dreadful all day too.  Hope the dreams are not overflowing into your day.  Your meditation sounds ace, just squeezing in a quick session after the chaos of breakfast, sounds fab!

Yay to the tickets, who hosts that now?  Always used to enjoy it when we were in UK.

CM, I'm sure you have considered all sorts of ways to view your relationship with N but I sort of see it as though he helped ease you out of a relationship which was damaging you and not doing your kids any good.  Would you have stuck around longer if not for N?  If so, then meeting him was a really good thing as you know that leaving T was absolutely the right thing to do.

So sad hearing about your FIL's condition Caro, it really is the nastiest disease in all its forms.  Hope he gets his wish soon and doesn't have to suffer for much longer.

Good point pg3, sorry cc I'm sure there is enough pressure on you from elsewhere, I didn't intend to add any more with my comment. You have to do what's best for you and the kids (())

Shit CC, do you really not see a happy ending to this?

Really should try some of that meditation myself. I seem unable to fall asleep in bed at night without some distraction so I tend to listen to something on the radio (usually The Archers podcast ????, I think Caro is a listener too?) on earphones. I never had problems falling asleep when I was younger, used to do it literally everywhere (restaurants, nightclubs, cinemas....!).

bum, was going to say loads but am too of a page and daren't go back to read as I'll lose what I've written...
