Ooh CC, we need to take Max to optician as we're a little worried he has a lazy eye. It's just finding the time at the moment....

Yay Hoggle, that's brilliant news.

Sitting in docs at moment in comfy chair with feet up doing non stress testing. Haven't sat and relaxed this long for ages!  ;-). No contractions yet though so may be some time!

Sonya, hope house works out in the least stressful way possible for you.

Hoggle, meant to say, bit of a shock about your baby boy turning into a girl!!  Both of our boy predictions turned out accurate, Os was around 12 weeks I think. I'm happy with either but do think it would be interesting to see what our genes produce for a girl!

Haha, have fun Hoggle.

Caro, happy birthday to M. She looked beautiful in the photo you posted at the weekend out for her birthday dinner.

JT, I'm impressed that you are braving all 3 in a caravan on your own. You give me hope that I can cope when number 3 born!  To hell with what people think, have yourself a nice glass of wine!

EF, hope the traffic is not too painful this week.

Hoggle, great news about your scan being all good.  Hope you enjoy your tramp around in the snow tomorrow.  Quite envious!  Yay to husband's new truck, that'll make life easier.  Has he found some regular work yet?  We needed a welder, wish you were closer!

Sonya, that's a worry about Rosie and peanuts.  Hope all goes well.  So are you giving up work forever when number 3 is born?  Woo hoo!  Wish I could.....

Still wibbling terribly about having my tubes tied after this one born.  My head says 'yes, are you crazy lady?' but my heart says 'do I have to?'.  Welled up in the doc's office when asking her about it so she handed me a tissue and some information about other forms of birth control.  Really don't like the look of the little devices they insert though, they look nasty!  Really should do it as I'm 44 now, shouldn't be even thinking about more babies...

Caro, glad you are getting some progress with hospital, hope things work out so that you get to go away.  It sounds as though your husband's work must be being quite flexible.  Hope he's not got any more trips to HK in the pipeline.

House being painted inside now and we have chosen all of the tile for floors and bathrooms.  Still loads to  be done until it's complete but am starting to feel it might actually happen now sometime this side of Christmas!  Won't be in before baby but that's OK.

How old is Tom Camlo?  Max still sucking his thumb and really starting to see it in his front teeth.  When we remember we put a plaster on his thumb in the morning to stop him sucking it at school but he still chomps away on it in bed and in the evening.  Would really love him to stop but I know I was older than 4 when I still sucked mine.

I heard on the news that over 3000 flashes of lightning were recorded over south last night Caro, obviously most of them over you!!

Hi flipflop and welcome. Expecting number 3 here too but was not such a regular runner as you when not pregnant. Gave up very early on with this one. Joints way too painful to run, can barely walk some days now!  Others have run way into their pregnancies, some even winning park runs when very obviously pregnant!!

Hoggle, grrr I feel your pain. Sounds similar to a scenario we would have here too where I would just grin and bear it but would never hear the end of it if it was the other way round. Snow sounds fun and loved your pics on fb.

Caro, keep nagging, frustrating but you know it's the only way you'll get any progress.

If I had a house and I was planning to take a holiday, you needn't restrict your tour to UK Caro.....  Maybe next year!  Hope your referral comes through soon.

Got a proposed section date, August 18, eek that's only 4 1/2 weeks away. One nice thing though is that it is my mum's birthday.

Had a day of house admin and choosing things. The pressure is now full on to get everything chosen. Comparing to Sonya's position, at least we'll not be homeless, thankful for small mercies and all that!!

House build still causing stress, I'm sure it's inevitable that it will be stressful, just wish we had a better idea of when it might be finished.

Wow to Olympic tri, Camlo you are a quiet one aren't you?  You toddle along with your training then slip these huge races in almost under the radar!

Bought Max some cheap workbooks yesterday for math(s!), ABCs and common sense type questions.  Some are at Pre Kindergarten level which he starts in August and some are 1st grade which he starts in 2 years.  He's blasting through the easier ones and even doing really well at the first grade stuff.  Just hope we can keep him interested and motivated.

Os is really coming out of himself now at 17 months.  We've come to the conclusion that he doesn't actually like us as he blooms when other people are around , poor thing doesn't get much of a look in when Max is around.
