4 foot 11 (and 1/2?).  Midget gem!  Probably weigh more than most of you at the moment too.  Oink!

CC, I always thought you were a little crazy but you are downright certifiable!!  7 days of running?!?  I can't believe we are the same age, I feel 90 at the moment, you are acting like a 21 year old!  Go you!  I am in awe of you right now and have full confidence that you will rock the race too.  How many people enter each year?

Caro, service sounds good, as though it would be good for the soul.

PG, hope your house sale goes through smoothly when it eventually happens.

Lotte, 6 inch heels?  Eek, I have just put on the highest boots that I own and they are less than 3 inches.  Definitely the highest I have any hope of walking in.  Your kids are amazing, wonderful that they are musical as well as sporty.

Hating this visa problem, not even sure that an expensive lawyer will be able to sort it if immigration decide they don't want us to stay.  Is hideous.  We LOVE this house and really want this to be where we bring the kids up.  Bum bum bum!

Nuro, sorry to hear things got so awful. Sounds as though he has had some sort of breakdown, his behavior sounds so erratic. You sound strong, hope the counseling helps. Boo to health worries too, hope results are quick and good.

Caro, haha to telling a load of strangers.  You are amazing. Nice positive news from your sister too, hope they can get back together and be happy.

Saw on fb today that the 18 year old son of a guy I was at school with was killed in a car accident at the weekend. Just shit. Can't stop thinking about it. I wasn't close to the guy at all but for some reason it is playing heavily on my mind.

Getting some horrendous shit at the moment about our visas.  Green card conversion was denied and current work visa is under question as we are not employing enough people. Looking really bad at the moment, just as we are finally settled in a house we love. Balls. I wish my little mantra was of some help but it's not right now.

Camlo, hope your mum's situation is getting better. Was sad when I read your boys won't let you cuddle them at the moment. Hoping mine will let me cuddle them forever

Hoggle, lovely name and beautiful baby. Look forward to more photos soon.

CM hugs re crap job but lol at your elves' antics.

Yuck Caro, not been a great week for you really has it?  Glad hubby home.  Boo to all sickness, hope you are all feeling better soon.  It's always hideous at this time of year isn't it?

Oh no, sounds nasty Caro.  Hope all medication starts to work quickly and you're feeling better soon.  Lovely your dad is there to keep everything going.

I'm with you both Lotte and CC about Christmas, I love it and have really enjoyed Max's reaction to everything this year (elf on the shelf, tree, decorations, lights etc) but am also loving that we are very low key about it all.  We will have the day at home just the 5 of us, I will probably cook a turkey (actually will probably deep fry one!).  Have done most of the Christmas shopping in just 1 trip to 2 shops and will probably spend less than $150 in total on all 3 kids.  It has been lovely not feeling any pressure at all this year.  Won't bother sending cards but might email a Christmas letter to a few people.

Oh bugger Caro. Glad you have your dad there. Duvet day definitely. Hope you get some sleep.

Hoggle I didn't realise your due date had come around already. Grr to your sister and her agenda. Can't wait for baby news and especially photos of the little one.

Funny thing is he doesn't squint or complain at all about not being able to see.  I'm hoping it is temporary but the optician wouldn't really indicate either way when I asked her.

Kinsey, hope B gets better quickly.  So not fun, especially when you are home alone.

EF, your life is all glamour isn't it?  Whitely eh?  Rock and Roll!

Bollocks indeed Caro, hope your temperature stays low enough.  When does Mr Caro get back from HK?

Lotte, you are amazing as ever.  Well done!

TB, I'm impressed by how you are dealing with this, you are strong and sounds as though you are coping well.  Hugs.

Discovered yesterday that Max needs specs, put a couple of picture on FB, he was getting very cross eyed at times.  Luckily he is excited about it, doubt that will last long.  Was really surprised as Mr TT and I both have good eyesight, always think of these things as being hereditary.

TT glad news was good. As you said we needed some on here, c'mon Hoggle, you can really cheer us all up
