Sounds like a lovely day Caro, particularly envious of the fish and chips on the way home.  I know it's rarely as good as you think it is going to be but I can almost smell the salty, vinegary, yummy smell of it wrapped in the paper, drool!

You're absolutely right Caro, not especially close to either side of the family so I am probably yearning for something that would not even happen if we were in UK.

Thanks all for your kind thoughts.  No, no one will be coming out even after the birth.  Mr TT's dad is not in great health and his Mum would never leave him for any period of time.  My parents are set in their ways and to be honest it would probably be more stressful if they DID come.  My sister and brother, just no!  Would never work.  We will battle through this on our own but wish we didn't have quite so much on our plates at the moment.  Feel very foreign, especially when dealing with contractors for the house, everyone seems so comfortable with lying here that dealing with people is nearly impossible.

JT, loved that you had such a lovely time in your caravan last week.  So impressed that you managed with all 3 boys on your own, you give me hope!  Can't believe how your job information has been communicated to you.  Hope you can get things sorted to your satisfaction.  Are jobs in your area hard to come by?  I recall some of the stories you have told about your job being horrendous, is there any chance that you can take a decent redundancy and find yourself another job somewhere better?  Hope you manage to meet up with Caro and make the freaky even freakier.  I love that so many of you are getting together now, amazing what an internet forum can do, the support I have found on here over the years has been invaluable, we're a great bunch!

Sometimes we feel like bolting for home and the security that would bring.  Other times we look around ourselves at the quality of life on offer here and know it would be a mistake.  Yesterday evening we all just jumped on the golf cart and drove the 5 minutes to the beautiful beach near us and sat and watched the boys playing on the beach.  Max had a ball jumping in the surf and Os toddled around in the shallows and shouted at the waves.  We're so lucky to live here, just wish we could chill out and enjoy it more.

Lotte, that's awesome that Sophie's band are headlining.  I have some friends in Sidmouth.  Will have to find out if they are going to the festival.  Great running, especially after your niggles.

Thanks for suggestions EF. Lol to cocktails. Lightweight!

Feeling very alone at moment. We do have some nice friends here but feel so isolated and unsupported. Maybe building a house, having a 3rd baby and trying to keep a company afloat in such tough times was taking on too much!  That's the story of our lives though, we always seem to take on so much at once. Still haven't sorted what we will do with boys when I go in to hospital. We have a couple of potential options but wish we had family we could lean on. Sorry, rambling. It's the middle of the night and I should be asleep.

Great news Caro. Hope you can now relax a little and enjoy a fabulous holiday at CM Villas.  Well done on pushing the system to get some results and dates. Great that you felt reassured by the oncologist you saw.

Have great weekends all. Hope your lovely weather stays for you. We have a birthday party to go to on Sunday, one of Max's friends at daycare.Rubbish planning by the mum though as it is bang on nap time, duh!  It's a girl and Max has decided he wants to buy her a pink car (his concession to it being a girl!). Anybrilliantsuggestions for 4 year old girls gratefully accepted.

Ooh CC, we need to take Max to optician as we're a little worried he has a lazy eye. It's just finding the time at the moment....

Sitting in docs at moment in comfy chair with feet up doing non stress testing. Haven't sat and relaxed this long for ages!  ;-). No contractions yet though so may be some time!

Sonya, hope house works out in the least stressful way possible for you.

Hoggle, meant to say, bit of a shock about your baby boy turning into a girl!!  Both of our boy predictions turned out accurate, Os was around 12 weeks I think. I'm happy with either but do think it would be interesting to see what our genes produce for a girl!

Haha, have fun Hoggle.

Caro, happy birthday to M. She looked beautiful in the photo you posted at the weekend out for her birthday dinner.

JT, I'm impressed that you are braving all 3 in a caravan on your own. You give me hope that I can cope when number 3 born!  To hell with what people think, have yourself a nice glass of wine!

EF, hope the traffic is not too painful this week.

Hoggle, great news about your scan being all good.  Hope you enjoy your tramp around in the snow tomorrow.  Quite envious!  Yay to husband's new truck, that'll make life easier.  Has he found some regular work yet?  We needed a welder, wish you were closer!

Sonya, that's a worry about Rosie and peanuts.  Hope all goes well.  So are you giving up work forever when number 3 is born?  Woo hoo!  Wish I could.....

Still wibbling terribly about having my tubes tied after this one born.  My head says 'yes, are you crazy lady?' but my heart says 'do I have to?'.  Welled up in the doc's office when asking her about it so she handed me a tissue and some information about other forms of birth control.  Really don't like the look of the little devices they insert though, they look nasty!  Really should do it as I'm 44 now, shouldn't be even thinking about more babies...

Caro, glad you are getting some progress with hospital, hope things work out so that you get to go away.  It sounds as though your husband's work must be being quite flexible.  Hope he's not got any more trips to HK in the pipeline.

House being painted inside now and we have chosen all of the tile for floors and bathrooms.  Still loads to  be done until it's complete but am starting to feel it might actually happen now sometime this side of Christmas!  Won't be in before baby but that's OK.

How old is Tom Camlo?  Max still sucking his thumb and really starting to see it in his front teeth.  When we remember we put a plaster on his thumb in the morning to stop him sucking it at school but he still chomps away on it in bed and in the evening.  Would really love him to stop but I know I was older than 4 when I still sucked mine.
