Hello everyone, old and new Not been about for a while as I've had a lot going on; work's been busy, and I've been put on medication for my depression which has taken a lot of getting used to. Plus I tend to stay away from things during December as I don't cope with the silly season very well.
So, still off the booze, was 2 years in November, so really pleased. I'm finally getting seen by a psychiatric specialist to assess what my mental health problems actually are, it may be depression or there is a possibility that I may be bi-polar, which would explain a lot of things!
Training for the VLM is going ok, albeit as run/walk so that my biomechanics problem can sort itself out. I managed 10 miles on Saturday with only minor hip or knee pain on the actual run and no stiffness either the yesterday or today, which is a first for a long time so the 30 minutes of stretching and rollering every day is obviously helping!
