Haven't been on here for ages, well life has thrown in a few curve balls over the last few weeks with illness, work, family problems etc and unfortunately running has been the last of my priorities.
The longest run I have done since the new year was 10 miles at race pace two weeks ago and although I have been maintaining 4 runs a week and a boxercise class my long runs have just had to go on hold.
Realistically can I still get match fit for Brighton in 9 weeks?
I have a half marathon next week which will be a good indicator and have booked a 20 mile race for mid march.
I hate starting something that I don't finish but I am suffering with real self doubt that I can get ready in time.
What do you all think
