I did 2 in March this year and I have just done 3 in 6 weeks and will probably look for a similar target number in March/April time. The only thing I have found is that a couple of days after my last HM I came down with a stinking cough/cold and have not been able to shift it now for 2 weeks.
I like the short, sharp approach and noticed that they got easier not harder over the 6 week period and I ran better times.
Might do Bath again as I really enjoyed it this year but can't decide on the others yet.
