About me:Ran a few marathons in my early twenties Was a slow runner back then with a PB of 4:05 Also ran a Comrades in 10:33 Gave up running for a few years but took a look at my flabby body when I turned 30 and picked up the running again Since then knocked the marathon PB down to 2:52 in Feb 2011 and then 2:45 in Oct 2011 Another Comrades done in a more respectable 8:38 as well. Since then have added silver Comrades runs on down run in 2012 and up run in 2013. Added a 6:55 Comrades to my cv in 2014 and improved that to 6:45 on the 2015 up run. Marathon PB is currently 2:38 and HM PB is 74:41.
