About me:I started running in April 2007 because I wanted to do more cardio exercise to try to control my weight The first race I entered was for charity but only a handful of people entered After a winter of sporadic training I decided to enter more races I now try to do one each calendar month On April 26th 2009 I ran the FLM in 447 raising 2600 for the MS Society I chose this charity as my uncle is paralysed with MS I am now concentrating more on the half marathon and hope to achieve a sub 2 hour soonIn addition to running I also teach group exercise classes twice a week
