Morning session of up to 60-90mins i'll do before food, but anything longer, i'll eat first.
I also find pasta the night before and porridge in the morning works
As far in general i don't fret over it - i aim to stay balanced and close to how nature provided - loads of veg - wholemeal carbs - oily fish - lean protean
I probably average somewhere between a 60/20/20 to a 50/25/25 split
I used to be over 20st when i started out on this journey
oh! and i like my Guinness ;)
