Gave up smoking last June and, through running have lost 3 inches of my waist.
AND U CAN TOO
How I hear you ask:
1. fags: Never touch cigarettes again. stopping smoking is easy, dont fall for the addict/ victim syndrome. Its all a mind game. fags are too smelly, expensive and dangerous. Its easy to stop. Just stop.
2. Exercise: Get running/ jogging/ walking. Follow any of the schedules on this site. print them off, put them on the fridge and cross off each session. try and get a training partner. weather is good for this
3. Diet: Booze= 1 per week (dont hold back either) proper diet (lean meat, fish, veg, rice, pasta -not atkins, starvation and any other fads) and 1 treat meal (curry, meat feast pizza, chinese, fish & chips) per week. also 2 litres of water min per day
4. Motivation: Buy a cheap pair of trousers of the size you would like to be. try them on every month. no scales allowed
In 12 weeks you will be in the best shape of your life. I wont wish u good luck as its got nothing to do with luck, its effort.
