About me:24th Jul 2014 - I used to run regularly back in the 1970's but got out of the habit. After a break of thirty years I started running again in 2007. I am 62 now and although the training has been a bit stop-start due to various injuries I have been okay most of the time. I was 'on the bench' from mid-December to mid-March with a calf injury and had to cancel my Bath HM entry. I had physio treatment for the injury and was given the okay to start running again. But I've just completed the Coast To Coast path and running has been on the back burner since April while I was doing training walks. But now the C2C has been completed I can concentrate on my running again.
