About me:3rd May 2015 - I used to run regularly back in the 1970's but got out of the habit. After a break of thirty years or so I started running again in 2007. I am 63 now and although the training over the years has been a bit stop-start due to various injuries I have been okay most of the time. I tried to run the Bath HM again this year but yet again, suffered from cramps. So I've decided to stick to 10k races for the foreseeable future.
