About me:14th Apr 2014 - I used to run regularly back in the 1970's but got out of the habit. After a break of thirty years I started running again in 2007. I am 62 now and although the training has been a bit stop-start due to various injuries I am okay most of the time. I was 'on the bench' from mid-December to mid-March with a calf injury and had to cancel my Bath HM entry. I had physio treatment for the injury and was given the okay to start running again with gentle intervals on my treadmill (brisk walk/slow jog for 15-20 mins). Since then I have been slowly building up the time and distance.
