About me:I have been running at events 10k and half marathons now for 8 years and have in 2010 completed my first marathon Completed my first sprint distance triathlon in 2011 and my first 70.3 distance at the OutLaw Half in 2013 my goals in 2015 is to complete another 70.3 ride the London 100 bike race and complete Beachy Head Marathon
