About me:I have been running at events 10k, half marathons and marathons now for 8 years. I completed my first sprint distance triathlon in 2011 and my first 70.3 distance at the OutLaw Half in 2013 my goals in 2016 is to complete my 3rd 70.3 ride my 2nd London 100 bike race and to walk to the summit of Snowdonia.
