That is a good point!  Last time I had ten to do and waited til the end, I lost count after 6 not sure if I had done 6 or 7.  Of course I elected to believe I had done 7 rather than risk doing an unneccesary extra one and only ended up doing nine!

Hi Ady!!  Great to see you are running MK too!  Due to your celebrity status I know what you look like so I will keep an eye out for you and say hello!

Loving the link related puns PP. Keep it up

Samir - are you going to go for the course record at Reading? It's held by Patrick Makau and he is not very good as he has only run 2:03:38 for the marathon so it should be well within reach of somebody looking to go over 3 minutes quicker over the full distance. All you need is a good quick start. I suggest that when the gun goes to be alert and try to go on the B of bhang........

Perhaps, as Samir is getting on so famously with the race organisers, he could request a set of sprinters starter blocks for himself to ensure he gets away quickly!  That is sure to get the attention of Team GB!

I have based my schedules on an rather optimistic sub 4!  I did my first half mid december in 1.53 and plan to do the festival of running half in march to finalise my Mara race pace based on how i do there!
