Evening all, been a busy week so not much time for posting.
Same here on the top lip Alehouse, I’m missing mine already! Fab news on the LFotM performance btw, impressive and it provides a glowing refference for consistent consistency and the virtues of patience.
Thanks Wardi, snap on this week’s mileage, 54 for me as well. Sounds like you are ticking along nicely. I agree wind is a killer at York parkrun. Did I read elsewhere that there is building work affecting the course at York? I was contemplating a crack at my 5k time soon, do you know when the work is due to be complete?
Full price it is then Mr V!
DT – you seem to be on a rich vein of training form at the moment, good stuff.
Andrew - I was thinking the same about Bob. Nice training, how did the long(est?) run go?
13.56m @ 7:19/mi on a tough hilly route with friends this morning. Quite a quick finish, last mile and a half were low 6:00/mi pace with a few before that closer to 7:00/mi. So that was a nice finish to what has been a tough week, just feeling a bit below par all week, nothing cronic just low on mojo (and time), I missed my planned MLR on Tuesday and had a day off. Still ran 54 miles, aiming for 60 next week before taking a down week.
