Favourite medal: The Cyprus 4-Day Challenge, 2009 (I'm holding it up in the picture). It's big, it's heavy, and it took four whole days and 30 miles to earn!
He he he... I like Kerry's 'Face' - very 'Mr T' - he's Bad Attitude... (hey, we've got an A-Team theme going on here - I love it when a plan comes together!).
He also seems to have a bottle of chilli sauce, some balsamic vinegar and possibly a bottle of tabasco sauce on his desk. Hence the expression?

I want times. Splits. PBs
Photos of sweaty faces, muddy shoes, that killer "get out of my effing way" look in the eyes.

Well, Stephen E Forde - send 'em in! Sounds like your race face is a sight to behold, couple that with some hard-earned bling and we're talking!
I like medals. There are actually one hundred round my neck here:
Love it Muttley

Exciting news! We have a spot prize for the best #pitythefool pic of the week. Get your bling on and get inventive to win these nifty BLOC Leopard sunglasses.
Correct, it is the Bracknell Half. Coolest of all imho is the rectangular one hanging over the front of the shelf - Indian Queens Half. Weighs a ton.

(Translation: I think I've exceeded my weight allowance.)
Nice one Muttley!
