I bought it, whilst essentially it is a collection of previously published articles it is logically laid out and works well are both something to browse and for reference.

I love this book and the layout is great on the eyes. This book covers all maners of topics and encouages strenght training so one can run stronger and injury free. I would recommend this to all types of runners!
