To celebrate the launch of Saucony’s "Geometry of Strong" range, we gave 20 lucky readers a pair of the range’s ProGrid Guide 5 shoes. To win all you had to do was tell us how you “"FIND YOUR STRONG" in 15 words.

We were inundated with great entries and we picked five favourites each week. Each week's best entry also bagged a Saucony technical tee with their 'strong' printed on it.

The winners and inspiring “FIND YOUR STRONG” testimonies are below.

Week one

Main winner: Paul Barrett (Maghull)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Inspiration comes from strange places. When you have it, keep hold, and keep going.

Other winners:

Tim Miles (@mylo10K)
FIND YOUR STRONG: By remembering each day I #run I am fitter than the previous.#findyourstrong

Pat Donlon (Chatham)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Running in to a head wind, driving rain and freezing temps, feels like I’m alive

Keith Harris (Warrington)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Feeling alive, breathing hard, life’s road is long, no worries, I have my strong.

Wendy Marks (Harrogate)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Going long is my strong - ultras here I come!

Week two

Main winner: Alex Martin (Bromley)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Chasing down one more person in that final straight, gaining just one more place. Strong.

Other winners:

Tess Riley (London)
FIND YOUR STRONG: By breathing deep, visioning far, and knowing that success is every step you take.

Zoe Randall (Essex)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Evening group runs, hard work, but with healthy banter and fantastic team encouragement

Julia Goyer (Orpington)
FIND YOUR STRONG: My mind. Physical strength and fitness alone doesn't take me 26.2, I do.

Neill Boddington (Milton Keynes)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Knowing I am part of a dedicated, friendly and special worldwide running family.

Week three

Main winner: Elizabeth Middleton (London)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Knowing that with each step stresses fade away and I become more relaxed.

Other winners:

Karin Hall (Perth)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Just looking at my running partner - it's sheer determination not to give up first

Hayley Pegg (Brentwood)
FIND YOUR STRONG: I find my strong through other peoples words and stories on Twitter. A tweet by another runner gets me out running.

Martin Wray (Hull)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Once I'm in "the zone" and running feels effortless ... I know I'm STRONG

Karen Ray (Cromarty)
FIND YOUR STRONG: It took me 30 years to learn how to run, so I value every minute I have left to enjoy the best feeling in the world.

Week four

Main winner: Cat Wynne (Nottingham)

Other winners:

Jon Lawrence (Surrey)

Claire Campbell (East Cowes)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Every run I run for those who can't, whether through injury, illness or circumstance.

Jan Davies (Cornwall)
FIND YOUR STRONG: Running for charity - what I enjoy is being passed on and means I stay motivated.

Does that mean I have won something for my motto as it is listed above in week 4 as an other winner?

That's great news, really pleased with that. Will add an added spring to my step as I do my 17 miles this weekend, "Go strong OR go home"!!

Fantastic, what a great end to a dull week

I love the "Go strong or go home" one. I am planning to get a new iPod and I might have that motto engraved into it. This just reminds me of will.i.am's new single called T.H.E (The Hardest Ever).

Just thinking about replacing my shoes, what an end to a tough week. Totally unexpected as I had forgotten that I had even entered.

My strong is when I think of why I took the challenge and burst out with emotional strength that goes beyond what I thought I could do !

I loved it so much I had a shirt printed with it on the back. I ran the Great South run with it last year. What it does mean is that you cant slack!!!
