Sweatshop opens new concept store

At midnight tonight, (the early hours of 7 December), Sweatshop opens the doors to its brand-new concept store in Trump Street, London, which it aims to be the ‘ultimate destination for runners looking to enhance their running experience and performance’.

The midnight opening will launch the retailer’s flagship store in style, and the store will stay open through the night. Spanning three floors and 10,000 square feet in the City of London, the store will provide specialist retail, advanced performance coaching, sports training and rehabilitation normally reserved for the elite athletes.

“The Trump Street store takes our specialist training to the next level,” says Nick Pearson, Sweatshop managing director. “We want to build upon the Olympic legacy of 2012, and Trump Street furthers our commitment to help every person to ‘be the best that they can be’.”

To celebrate the opening, Sweatshop is holding a Mega Giveaway on 7 and 8 December. The first 500 people to spend £30 in store on these two promotional days will be entered into a draw and are guaranteed to win one of 500 gifts. Prizes include specialist running gear and a pair of spikes signed by Olympic Champion Jessica Ennis, plus chance to win big with a high altitude training trip for two to Kenya, and a trip for two to the Diamond League Athletics Meeting in New York.

Went in there for nipple guards and the SIS Nitrate gel. They had neither.

Zinc Oxide tape from superdrug - far better than anything else for protecting the nips. Even survived 50 miles in the pouring rain on the SDW50.

What the hell is Nitrate Gel?

I didn't find that shop any different to any other good running shop. Didn't seem to stock more products.
