Craving sugary snacks is an afternoon slump hazard. So we’ve picked our favourite sweet treats that will satisfy your cravings, provide some decent pre-run fuel and wont extend your waistlines.
An old school classic and at 1g of fat per cake, a couple of these will satisfy your sweet tooth and provide an energy boost. Just don’t eat the whole packet, it’s easily done as they go down a little too quickly. Two cakes are around 100 calories.
