Craving sugary snacks is an afternoon slump hazard. So we’ve picked our favourite sweet treats that will satisfy your cravings, provide some decent pre-run fuel and wont extend your waistlines.
BelVita biscuits, cranberry
Whilst we wouldn’t recommend you regularly swap your breakfast for these packet snacks, they do offer a decent alternative or afternoon snack option. The biscuits are wholegrain and around 50 calories each, low in fat and sugars so provide a slow releasing energy boost. The biscuits are also fortified with vitamins and minerals.
