35g raw unblanched almonds
80g dried apricots
25g dark (70%) chocolate
14g raw honey
60g rolled oats
60g Big Whey chocolate protein powder
1/ Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, until combined.
2/ Roll into evenly sized balls and put in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
