Since I started having 2 eggs as part of my breakfast, I have managed to drop below the 10% fat percentage. I eat eggs 6x a week. It is a tasty way to start the day, provides you with a healthy protein boost, and keeps you full throughout the morning. And indeed, all the research I have seen shows that eggs are not effecting cholesterol levels - if part of a healthy diet!
