There have been some big changes over the years here in the UK Although it depends on where you go.
I don't get Chinese restaurants/take aways marking dishes with oyster sauce in as vege - Vegetarians do NOT eat meat or fish
Ive tried this meal. Very nice.
I did amend it slightly as not a big fan of rice so I added prawns/chicken & cashew nuts to veg stir fry. Ver tasky and does not bloat as would with rice. Lovely after a run.
