Pose your questions to Mitchum's experts

Posted: 11 May 2011

However long you've been running, and whatever your age or ambition, chances are you'll have questions. How can you improve your race times? What's the perfect race day diet? How can you avoid overtraining?

Well, now you can pose your questions straight to the experts as we welcome Mitchum's team of track and field experts into the runnersworld.co.uk forums for a series of themed Q+As over the weeks ahead.

Mitchum works with GB athletes and their expert support teams, and a selection of their athletics experts will be on hand to answer your training, nutrition and injury questions on selected Wednesdays throughout April and May.

How will it work?

At 10am on the dates below, we'll set up a forum thread where you can pose your questions. The expert will then join us at 1pm and answer as many questions as possible before the debate closes at 2pm.
