Type in your target time, then print out and wear this band on race day - it'll show all your mile or kilometre splits
1. Cut along the border of the Pace Band.
2. Waterproof the band by covering both sides with clear packing tape.
3. Wrap the band around your wrist, covering the bottom tab with the top edge of the band.
