Training for a marathon is a daunting business – our free weekly marathon email is here to keep you informed, motivated and right on track.

It runs from December to April, and its 16-week training schedule is aimed at the Virgin London Marathon on April 22, 2012. Each email gives you clear day-by-day training, a pep talk, and marathon news for the week – plus links to find out more.

This was my 5th year of trying to get into the London Marathon . Lucky for me I got a ballot ticket. Im going for a sub 4 . My last Marathon was 4h 10mins. Wish me luck !

You need to log onto the RW website, go onto your profile and tick the weekly marathon newsletter box in the email settings.
