THE LIFE OF MR TERGAT, WITH A FEW TRAINING TIPS THROWN IN
Reading about how any great runner grew up and started running is interesting
Training tips are very rudimentary, hardly 'secrets'. big writing and lots of pictures meant I read it in one weekend.
Disappointing, almost as if it was aimed at children. Would rather have had a detailed biography about Paul Tergat than a brief biography and some very basic and boring looking schedules for beginners thrown in.
