I am currently doing the pretraining program!  My only question is.. can I do additional cardio with it?  Before I started the program I was doing at least 60 minutes of cardio a day and with the pretraining program I am down to 30 minutes, I feel like I am not doing enough!  Please help!!

Yes, of course you can, as long as you don't find it too exhausting. How much of a "non-runner" are you, is it really necessary for you to do the pre-training program e.g. do you struggle to run?
