Hi there,
My Brookes got dirty last weekend with a few splashed of oooogy mud and sludge on the cloth part, how does one clean them?
Could you please advise if I can also put them in the washing machine inside a pillow sack?
I don't plan on getting them cleaned until I have completed my first Crawley 10K race this Sunday as I imagine it will be quite a muddy route.

DON'T PUT THEM IN THE WASHING MACHINE!
(ruins the cushioning materials in the soles)

If you really must wash them at all,
do it by hand in the sink, with luke-warm soapy water, and gently brush with a nail-brush or somesuch...
