POORLY WRITTEN BOOK
Gives you the facts and some background about a remarkable runner.
Anyone on this forum could have written it as it relies on one secondary source and a few newspaper cuttings. Very little evidence of any primary research or analysis. Very much a `and then this happened' sort of approach.
One to buy if you see it 2nd hand but there's far better ways to spend £11

NOT A GOOD PIECE OF WORK FOR A GREAT RUNNER
The subject matter
Lazily written and spends a long time criticising a previous book on Zatopek but quotes extensively from it. No impression of any real research.
The great runner deserved much better
