To get the most out of your recovery compression kit, shower and stretch before putting it on – ideally within 30 minutes of finishing your training. Keep it on for a minimum of four hours. For ultimate results, try to sleep in it – although this will take a bit of getting used to and isn’t advised on ‘date night’.
