De-Solv spray and a good rub, then wash. You can buy it in tesco [in the laundry aisle] and presumably other supermarkets.

Hi

To remove the sticky bits from plasters you just need to put some nail varnish remover on a cotton pad and wipe it comes off really easy, doesn't hurt and leaves no residue.

The socks are reasonable quality and have a nice long toe section so that the stitching does not rub your toes, it has strengthend sections for added support and it is claimed helps control foor tempratures more, this is something I can not confirm as I never had issues in this area in the first place.

Nice socks although a little overpriced
