If you are dd or over, this is brilliant. Well worth the money

It holds EVERYTHING in place, no jiggling or moving around AT ALL
It's a devil to get on, I am ready to take it off after I have ran
When I first bought this bra, about 18 months ago, I thought it was a bit of a risk, as it is very expensive, but beleive me it is worth every single penny. You can do anything in it. I am a 34dd/32e and there is no way that I would consider doing ANY exercise without a really good bra. Until I founf this one, I used to wear two - a shock absorber and an M&S high impact over the top. This does the job and there is no need for anything else. Go for it, it will be the best investment you have made and your boobs with thank you for it!

I would not run without it, infact I could not run without it!

As a 36F, I need mega suppport and the Enell gives it to me.
I have to keep the last two "hookes and eyes" undone to help me breathe so I have to be careful from chaffing from them.
Can not be beaten for bounce control!

No bounce at all. Joy!

No bounce at all. What can I say. I am a 32FF and I feel so confident running with this on. I don't have to worry about yoiks oggling me and it has a minimising effect as well. I forget about my boobs when running which in a way has opened up a world of fitness to me that I could not have accessed before. Brilliant!
It does feel really tight and it does not give a very flattering shape. It can be a bit hot as there is a lot of fabric. Quite expensive but wears very well.
This garment REALLY WORKS. If you have big boobs and want to run with no bounce, this is the bra for you.

GREAT FOR CONTROLLING BOUNCE BUT CAN CHAFE

I'm the weary owner of some serious bosoms, and this is the best bra I've found for strapping them down. It's supportive and fits well, once you've worked out what size you are
It can chafe on the waistband, although vaselibe alleviates the worst of it.
Give this a try if you've got big boobs and want to achieve bounce control

BIG, UGLY BUT MEANS BUSINESS!

Well constructed; bounce-free running
Will never win a beauty contest. Why shiny satin?!? Very expensive compared with Shock Absorbers
First impressions? A big, shiny corset and you wonder how you'll breathe. However, once on, it's snug but not restrictive. You immediately feel supported and my posture was suddenly more upright. The first run was a revelation; bounce-free! I'm a 32G and bought the size 1. The sizing is important and I wish a high street store stocked them but there is a size purchasing guide on their website.
