Comfortable and a wide choice of fittings

The earpiece has many different sizes, and after trial and error you should find one that fits you.
Two lengths of cable so good for armband and waist held players.
Good build quality and the longest lasting I have ever had.
Can be tricky to get the right combination of ear buds to get them to stay in.
For the price it would have been good to have a connector to remove one ear piece, so you could have the choice to use single or both ear pieces connected.
The sound controller is heavy, but I use an arm device so not an issue for me.
A good quality product, and the first ones I have felt comfortable with. I use them both in the gym, and out on cross-country solo runs. It would be good if one of the ear pieces detached so I could use the one with my running app when out on the roads, as if you just have one of the ear pieces in the other gets pulled out by the weight.

Sheep in wolf's clothing ...

Great Looks. Associated with a proven and respected sports brand.
Do not fit well, low quality sound, lacks real punch in the bass department.
I have had 2 pairs of sennheiser earphones and twice I have been disappointed with the quality of sound from them. These earphones are no different and to me, the name is nothing special. I sent them back. I stick to JVC and Panasonic. They may not have the sports brand association but for me the sound, fit AND price are better. I do not think these earphones represent value for money.

Fair sound quailty, fall out of ears easily. Not too comfortable.

Good enough.
These are not the best sports head phones. the sound quality is not great, they are quite pricey and they fall out of my ears all too often.
Work as well as any other sports headphones, you get what ypu pay for. Not really noteworthy.

Try the MX 680 instead

these do not cancel out all external noise so you can hear traffic & hold a conversation. V comfortable and stay put. First time i wore these was for the VLM ,they were a last minute buy when my old 'phones fell apart, and they were great.Don't break the bank & 2 year guarantee.

A great sounding in the ear headphone that does the job for runners

A Snug fit, these headphones come with 3 different sized in the ear adapters and 3 around the ear fins so you can be sure to find the right fit for you.
A good sound, these headphones deliver across various music types and give a well rounded sound that isn’t drowned out by too much bass, whilst refraining from sounding too tinny.
Tough cookies, essentially they are Sweat proof – you can even wash them under the tap
They also have a 2 year manufactures warrantee, which swayed my decision to part with £39.95. (I got mine from Richer Sounds as you get their 1 year guarantee as well)
They are in the ear headphones and have noise cancelling qualities, The CX60's are particularly good at blocking ambient sound, great if you want to get lost in the music, not so great if you run around main roads.
The cable comes in two parts, the first is designed to fit into your music device at upper arm level, if you do carry your mp3 there its happy days for you, however if you put your mp3 into a bum pocket of your running bottoms you will have to plug it into an extension. The extension has an inline volume control that when plummed in, suspendeds somewhere around your mid back
When it comes to buying a set of headphones for running, these Sennheiser / Adidas CX680’s tick all my boxes. They sound great, you forget you are wearing them and they are tough enough to handle the abuse I give them in all weathers and conditions.
