For me these are a bit of a scam. The PMX80 (£19.90) is the same design with the exception of the short/long lead option. They both suffer from the same problem all in-ear headphones suffer from which is sweat in the outer ear - this seals the headphone into the ear and the sound is gone. Sound quality is the same (very good) so paying more for the PMX680 (£34) and the luxury of not having too much cable flopping about seems an expensive luxury.

The neckband design is OK, but I prefer a pair of earphones where the cabling runs over th ears to the back of the neck.

I've been using the SoundMAGIC E30 for some time in the gym and running in the park. Sound quality is way better than the CX680, there is no plastic neckband to get in the way and they cost less. Check out reviews online.

I have been using my PMX 80 inside and outside for quite a while - no problems at all, never fall out, and the foam covers on the ear pieces negate all issues with sweat etc.

Worth the money.
