Works well enough... Once it's found satellites. Very big for small wrists!

Simple and easy to use and program. Downloaded RW VLM training programme from web-site with no problem. Big, clear, easy to press buttons when your running.
Sometimes takes ages to locate satellites, wasting precious running time! If you have small wrists like me, the watch is huge and took a little while to get used to having a "brick" strapped to me! This has been addressed in the later 405 I believe.
Works very well but is now over 5 years old and beginning to look and feel like it.

Pretty good but not very sweat proof.

All the ruuners world traiing plans you can down load into it.
Mine lasted a year and 1 month. The speaker gave up just before the London Marathon, and the unit itself went apesh!t a few weeks later. Putting hols for the sound on the under side is a design flaw.
Well I bought another one (but only coz it is now around £100)

Very good. I have had mine for 18 months now and have not experienced any problems with it.

Being able to download your runs and keep track of how you are progressing I find useful. Several setting you can use for differnt types of training are good.
Feels a little big to wear initally but you get used to it and can take a while to find a GPD connection sometimes
Very good. Easy to function and use.

Simple to Use

Easy to use, even for a technophobe like me
Cheap, bought mine on line, £105
I have slight wrists and it fits fine
Slight delay finding satellites, can take a couple of minutes
Really pleased with it, I read a lot of reviews when deciding what to buy, I think I made the right decision
