Timex Bodylink Ironman Triathlon

Summary | Full Review | Reader Reviews | Gallery | Specs | Discussion
Timex is one of the pioneers of GPS speed and distance training tools and its Bodylink series is a continuation of the dynasty. The watch measures heart rate, speed, average speed, pace, average pace and distance. It's slim and lightweight and the satellite arm receiver has been reduced in size and weight. The screen is small and the figures are sometimes difficult to make out when you're running quickly, and the battery life on the receiver is poor (12 hours). Functionality is simple, information provided is accurate and the signal is strong over clear ground - but the speed reading can be incorrect by up to 3mph. The distance reading remains accurate however.
