MORE FEATURES THAN I NEED

If you like to do lots of interval training and use the countdown features then this watch can really be useful. I like to keep things really simple though so dont get the full potential from this watch. Having a variety of alamrs is great though-one for 'early runs' another for 'normal getting up time' etc etc. The training log is good too as it keeps a weekly log of how many hours you have run for, which is good to keep tabs on hard/easy weeks
I am a big fan of Timex Watches and dont think this has any major weaknesses.
Timex watches are ideal for runners who want something simple and intuitive to use and this is no exception. There are lots of features people could use, but I like the fact it has such a large lap memory, you can have splits from races on there for months.

A TECHNOPHOBE'S WATCH

Easy to use. Easy to set functions
Strap began to slip on long runs.
As somebody who gets confused by too many buttons and can sometimes have problems even setting the time and date. This watch was a godsend. Easy to operate and excellent as a stater watch for anyone moving beyond a fashion accerssory to a occasional runner.
