A GOOD ALL ROUND WATCH
easy to use, Flix system is good for night time use particually winter speed interval sessions
a bit of messing about to set up all the functions correctly if you are not very technical
My flix watch is alot older than this 1995 model in fact my wife bought it for my birthday years ago.
Have used this watch for Racing / training /speedwork timing ever since and its been a wonderful workhorse and I have not even had to renew the batteries.
Just in case you think I dont use it much I normally train five days a week and keep a training diary.
If other newer flix watchs are as good and reliable as mine has been then they represent excellent value for money
