A good choice of flavours, and a nice chew too

These are my favourite energy bar, partly because I like the flavours - especially the fruity ones, but mainly because they're so chewy and take a bit of eating, unlike other flapjack bars which are gone in 2 bites. That said I don't use them whilst training, but as a pre run boost
As someone else commented they do stick to stuff, lost count of the number of newspaper pages I've stuck together.

very good for the long bike rides (except getting it out of the wrapper!

Even though I love Vanilla usually, during exercise this flavour doesn't taste very nice and is a bit 'grainy' so I'ce opted to use a really strong taste that I like now- Cranberry and Berry Twist
could do with a wrapper that easier to open but im not sure how that would work.

yum!!!

A delicious bar packed full of energy
A bit pricey (but well worth the money), and also a bit sticky...
Nom-a-licious and full of energy. I put it down to tell my wife how great it was and it stuck fast to my newly opened letters, and then stuck to my clothes - but still, it was yum, and helped knock 90 seconds of my 5k PB!

GOOD ENERGY BUT TEST DIFFERENT VARIETIES

easy to eat and easy to store....
some bars have a very personal taste.
I really good energy bar but try the different varieties.....some I love and some I can't stand.......but should be something for everyone. got me around an ironman

STICKY, SWEET AND NICE

Only tried the vanilla flavour. Its very sweet, chewy and sticky. Nice after before a workout with a cup of tea. Not sure if I feel anything good bar eating it. But wish the wrapper would be easy to open.
