TASTES FINE, WORKS GREAT

there is a good choice of flavours availbale, they are easy to consume, and they give a great boost whilst on my long run
only one size so on longer runs you need to take quite a few
good energy gel with plenty of flavours to choose from that works well

GOES DOWN EASY.

They taste better than some of the other sickly sweet gooey ones. Easy on the stomach and easy to take. Will stick with them.

A GOOD BASIC GEL

It has a good `real' fruit flavour and the lower consistency makes it easier to consume during a run.
Doesn't have as high a callorie count as some gels on the market.
Good, affordable but not the best in terms of nutrition.

A GEL THAT TASTES GOOD!!

Banana taste is great, light weight and not sickly sweet

Its the best gel I have tried in a compact Formula. Its quick and easy to use and works. Its not lumpy or snotty like most gels out there, so doesn't make you want to puke. Not sweet and doesn't stick to the teeth. I normally use IsoStar Apple gel from Waitrose, but its a bit big to carry and swap between the two depending on the run.
