TOP BANANA

great energy density

easy to open and eat

banana is the best by far

The citrus flavoured ones are the work of satan.

Need water as well but this is not necessarily a weakness more of an enforced reminder to hydrate.

They work and I carry one for every run over 10 mile.

GOOD GEL, BUT NEEDS WATER

Tastes ok compared to some gels. Quite light to carry too. Cheap, compared to some of the others.

Quite sticky.

A good gel, especially on those really long runs, however you need to take with water. I'll stick with SIS Go.

ACTUALLY WORKS!

Gives a boost when needed.
Not too bad a taste at all.
Sachets not too big.
Cheaper than other makes.

Quite thin consistancy. Must be an art to getting more of the gel in my mouth rather than all over my fingers or down the front of my t-shirt.

Have stuck to High5 gels after trying another make.
Use on my long runs and races.
Smooth chocolate one is nice.

GREAT BOOST WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST, WORKS FAST

Very quick acting and palatable without leaving a horrible after taste

Has to be taken with water.

The only make of gel that I like not only the taste but the consistency of. Doesnt leave a gooey mess in your mouth.
Not as sickly and sweet as most.
My preferred method of fuelling on a long run. Easy to open and control how much you are taking in over a few miles.
Not as expensive as some
