The only product that I have found that controls my diabetes when doing extended cardio. No hypos or hypers!

Easy to swallow and digest.
Tropical flavour is awful.
When cycling distances over 40 miles two gels and plenty of water works for me. I am type two diabetic and can suffer from hypos if I don't take on enough carbs. Definately better than eating a banana every 30 mins.

Not as concentrated in taste and texture as some other gels..

Not as gloopy as some other gels like the Powerbar ones and in my personal experience this makes it more comfortable to consume and digest whilst running.
None really. If you're running longer distances - half-marathon and above then they can get a bit bulky in a running belt!
