EASIEST TO TAKE

More dilute than some and mild taste, so much easier to stomach + no need for water with it. Best Ive tried.
Ehm, perhaps a bit bland ? But Im happy with that.
Best Ive tried.

ALL GELS MAKE ME FEEL A BIT SICK BUT THIS ONE LESS SO

No water required
Lumpy consistancy
Good source of energy and essential on long runs, wouldn't be without it.

PB POTENTIAL IN A POUCH

Pleasant taste, isotonic (i.e. you can take it without water), easy to open with sweaty mitts, and very fast acting.
As always with sports nutrition: expensive.
Turns you from a heavy legged elephant to a fleet footed gazelle in a matter of minutes.

EFFECTIVE AND EASY TO DIGEST

I use them mostly on the bike - they fit in the palm of the hand very well; not difficult to open (using one hand and your teeth); very easy to swallow; they kick in after about 15 mins and last for about 15 - 20 miles
None
A much much better product than another well known gel on the market

I CAN'T STAND THE TASTE

They work OK
The taste, the consistency, the size
Can't get around that taste, carb-boom and power gel are much more suited to me
