SMOOTH AND NOT STICKY

not as thick, sweet or sticky as other smaller gels, so you don't get that claggy feeling in the back of the throat. Easy on the stomach and doesn't have to be taken with water.
Bigger than the average gel, so if using them for a marathon you need to buy the special belt to hold them.
A great gel, easy on the stomach and good for anytime with or without water. By far the best gels I've tried so far.

SLIPS DOWN THE THROAT EASILY AND DOESN'T UPSET THE GUTS

Easy to open on the run, smooth texture and thin enough to swallow easily. No bad effect detected on the gut, at least by me.
Quite a large volume for 100 or so Kcals.
Palatable, easy to use and a great cure for the 1 hour blues.
