ROCKET FUEL

easy to take, packet easy to open, good range of flavours, easy on the stomach and works
texture can be a little off putting
fantastic gels. the only ones i would use to get me through a marathon. blackcurrent in the best flavour

Easy to digest

SLIPS DOWN THE THROAT EASILY AND DOESN'T UPSET THE GUTS

Easy to open on the run, smooth texture and thin enough to swallow easily. No bad effect detected on the gut, at least by me.
Quite a large volume for 100 or so Kcals.
Palatable, easy to use and a great cure for the 1 hour blues.
