GREAT GEL, NO WATER REQUIRED

Not a bad taste and quite a substantial amount in each pack compared to some of the other gels i've tried. Easy on the stomach too.
Quite weighty when you need to take several on a long run.
I took eight of these on the Dublin Marathon (only used six though), and they helped me get to the finish line standing. However the weight soon adds up, compared to some of the lighter ones such as Squeezy or High Five.
Given that, i think i'll stick with these in future, they're easy to swallow and didn't give me any gut problems.

GOOD GEL - EASY TO DIGEST

Thin gel - not unpleasant to eat/drink and doesn't need a fluid to 'wash it down'.
Even if you have used a gel before, the texture of this one could surpise you - give one a try before you use it in real life.
I love these - I tend to take one about 15minutes before I know I'm going to need a 'boost'. I find one of these really useful on a long run.
