As gels go quite nice and it works

Don't need water, taste ok (have tried orange, blackcurrant and tropical). Gives an energy boost pretty quickly
Just a little bit bulky to carry
Use these all the time and tend to buy in bulk. Think orange is my favourite but not much difference between them

Great product, have been using these for over a year and would recommend them to everyone

Good flavours which are easy to swallow. The sachets are good shape to hold and squeeze into pockets
Only 3 flavours.

I find that on opening sachets, the lining doesn't tear properly so only a small hole opens which can make it hard to get the gel out
I used the go gels throughout my training and during the Dublin Marathon last year. I found that by taking one every 60 mins was enough to keep me going throughout.

The sachets were easy to carry and good value for money. They were cheaper if bought in bulk

Great product, easy flavours and easy swallowing.

Great flavours (I like the tropical, but the orange is nice too). No real need for water with these, and quite a good consistency which makes it slide down. As for performance, I find that as they are thinner than some gels they get to work relatively quickly.
When ever I bite the top off all I get is the worlds smallest hole to squeeze it out of!!
Definitely recommend this if your looking into mid-run food.

east to use as no water is needed and cheap!

not as thick and gloopy as other gels blackcurrent one is actually quite nice and not too sickly
the orange and tropical ones have (imho) a rather overpowering taste
I've been using the blackcurrent ones for the last two marathons, guess what I'm buying for number 3!
