Great product, easy flavours and easy swallowing.

Great flavours (I like the tropical, but the orange is nice too). No real need for water with these, and quite a good consistency which makes it slide down. As for performance, I find that as they are thinner than some gels they get to work relatively quickly.
When ever I bite the top off all I get is the worlds smallest hole to squeeze it out of!!
Definitely recommend this if your looking into mid-run food.

east to use as no water is needed and cheap!

not as thick and gloopy as other gels blackcurrent one is actually quite nice and not too sickly
the orange and tropical ones have (imho) a rather overpowering taste
I've been using the blackcurrent ones for the last two marathons, guess what I'm buying for number 3!

PRETTY GOOD, WOULD USE IT AGAIN

Now this is better than some others. More in weight than Lucozade gel. Better to use with water and on the move. Use this for London and have to say did give me a kick towards the end. Will use these again as I seem to have quite a few of these gels left.

VERY PATELABLE

Nearly like a drink than a gel
The pack is bigger than the Lucozade gels, so takes up more room when running. Leaves your hands a bit sticky.
Not as viscous as some of the gels out there and more easy to diigest. You can take these without having to drink water afterwards.

NOT AS GLOOPY AS A POWER BAR GEL

Easier to drink without water than some and not too bad tasting
I never know what to do with the wrapper when I'm mid race, but you can say that about all of them!
Worth picking up if you want something simple that does the trick in a race and is quite easy on the stomach.
