EASY TO GET DOWN

Easy to digest, no sugary feeling in the mouth. Neutral flavour.
I have used them a lot when training for Berlin Marathon - worked well for me. Would be my preferred Gel for the next Marathon!

GREAT PRODUCT - A MUST FOR ME

Very easy to tear off the top (with the help of my teeth), and take. Definitely gives a good boost
None
I've only recently started to run longer distances, and found myself getting tired after 6 miles or so. I now take one of these after 45 minutes, and I'm fine. Great!

BEST TASTING AND EASIEST TO USE

Taste (tropical), easy to swallow.
I still can't master the art of using them while running, butn that's my weakness! Otherwise, they are spot on.
I've tried many different makes and flavours and found these are easiest to swallow due to the more liquidier (is that a real word?) consistency than most others. They tear open easier than others as well. Most importantly, they give you a good boost
