TASTES GOOD AND WORKS

Goes down very easily - the SIS marathon belt is also decent - and got me through a baking hot 26.2 in Edinburgh last week. The caffeine ones are more expensive but do give you a boost after mile 20 or halfway round a half.
Very sticky if you get it on your hands
A great bridge between sports drink and solid food for long-distance fans.
